Die AAC – Die Art Arch Cologne ist eine unabhängige Kunst- und Künstler-Agentur. Der zentrale Ausstellungsraum der Galerie, der durch seine besondere historische Bogen-Architektur einzigartig ist, ist beheimatet in einem 250 m² großen Bahngewölbebogen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Kölner Dom. Großzügige Vorflächen, Funktions- und Atelierräume runden die Galerie ab.
Die AAC ist ein Teil der Entwicklung und Vitalisierung von bis zu 130 Jahre alten zentralen Bahnviadukten in Köln, die von einem Kooperationspartner der AAC entwickelt und ausgebaut wurden. Vergleichbare bedeutende Bahnviadukte gibt es in Europa ansonsten nur noch in Wien, Zürich, Berlin, London und Paris, die zumeist bereits neuen Nutzungen zugeführt wurden.
Die ambitionierte Grundidee der AAC ist, in der Zukunft in allen diesen europäischen Bahnviadukten jeweils Niederlassungen zu errichten bzw. Partnergalerien einzubinden, um eine länderübergreifende internationale Galerie, gegebenenfalls auch als Verbund, zu kreieren. Mit dem Ziel, die AAC auf AAE (Art Arch Europe) in die Zukunft zu führen.
Die AAC fördert und führt gerne junge Künstler (jeden Alters ...) mit viel kreativem Potential und bietet andererseits bereits arrivierten Künstlern eine neue Plattform.
Unabhängig davon geht die AAC Gallery neue prospektive Wege. In Ihren Räumen bzw. den temporär von ihr für innovative, kreative zu nutzenden weiteren City-Bahnbögen gibt die AAC den City Leaks Urban Art und auch diversen Performance-Künstlern Raum für Neues.
Als künstlerisch Verantwortliche zeichnet seit Anfang 2022 Beatrice Starck, die kaufmännische Leitung obliegt Lutz Figge, die technische Kerem Akar.

...The AAC - Art Arch Cologne is an independent art and artist agency. The central exhibition space of the gallery, which is unique due to its special historical arch architecture, is located in a railway arch of about 250 m², in the immediate vicinity of the central station and Cologne Cathedral. Spacious forecourts, functional and studio rooms round off the gallery.
The AAC is part of the development and vitalization of ninety to 130-year-old vaults in two central railway viaducts in Cologne. In cooperation with the City of Cologne and Deutsche Bahn Netz AG, which were developed and expanded by a cooperation partner of the AAC. Comparable major railway viaducts in Europe are otherwise only to be found in Vienna, Zurich, Berlin, London and Paris, most of which have already been put to new uses.
The ambitious basic idea of the AAC is to set up branches in all these European railway viaducts in the future or to integrate partner galleries in order to create a transnational international gallery, possibly also as a network. With the aim of leading the AAC into the future on AAE (Art Arch Europe).
